Here is are some super delicious, simple, and easy superfood brownie bites. Only 7 ingredients and it only takes about 10 minutes to make. These brownie bites are great if snacking, a sweet tooth craving, or just in need of some protein! This yummy snack won’t last long in your fridge!
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
3 tablespoons hemp seeds for rolling
Mix all ingredients with a spatula from almond meal to Himalayan sea salt in a large bowl. Form brownie dough into balls with your hands or a cookie scoop. Then roll in hemp seeds to coat the butter brownie bite.
